Welcome to UrbanSalah, a private digital facilitation platform operated and supported by Sewa Auto Deal. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions
  • “Platform” refers to UrbanSalah (website, mobile app, services).
  • “User” refers to any individual accessing or using the platform.
  • “Service Facilitation” refers to assistance, coordination, documentation support, and process guidance.
  • “Third Parties” include sellers, buyers, agents, service professionals, and government authorities.
  • “Coins / Rewards” are promotional loyalty points with no monetary value.
2. Nature of Platform (Core Legal Shield)
  • UrbanSalah is a private facilitation and assistance platform.
  • UrbanSalah is not a government body.
  • UrbanSalah does not represent or act on behalf of any government department.
  • UrbanSalah does not issue licenses, approvals, certificates, or legal authorizations.
  • UrbanSalah does not guarantee outcomes, timelines, or approvals.
  • All government-related fees, if applicable, are paid directly by users to the respective authorities.
3. Role Limitation

UrbanSalah:

  • Provides process guidance and coordination only.
  • Acts solely as an information and facilitation intermediary.

UrbanSalah does not act as:

  • Legal advisor
  • Property broker
  • Vehicle dealer
  • Government agent
  • Financial institution

Users remain solely responsible for document accuracy, legal compliance, and final transactions.

4. Services Disclaimer

RTO & Documentation

  • UrbanSalah assists only with documentation and procedural support.
  • Final decisions are under the exclusive authority of government bodies.

Property & Vehicle Listings

  • Listings are user-generated.
  • UrbanSalah does not verify ownership, legality, title, or valuation unless explicitly stated.
  • All transactions occur offline between involved parties.
5. Payments & Manual Transactions
  • Platform payments are for service facilitation fees only.
  • Manual payments (cash/UPI) are made at the user’s discretion.
  • UrbanSalah does not hold, escrow, or guarantee third-party funds.
  • Payment confirmation is subject to administrative verification.
  • UrbanSalah reserves the right to approve or reject payment confirmations and suspend services in case of discrepancies.
6. Rewards & Coins Policy
  • Coins are promotional loyalty points only.
  • Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged.
  • Coins may be issued, modified, expired, or revoked at the sole discretion of UrbanSalah.
  • UrbanSalah bears no financial liability arising from reward usage.
7. Admin Discretion & Final Authority
  • Approve or reject services, discounts, and manual payments.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of misuse.
  • All admin decisions are final and binding.
8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrbanSalah shall not be liable for any loss of money, opportunity, legal disputes, government delays, third-party fraud, or data inaccuracies. Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid.

9. Termination

UrbanSalah may suspend or terminate access, withhold services, or revoke rewards without prior notice if misuse or violation is detected.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Betul, Madhya Pradesh.
